Production shutdowns have been happening for the last 18 months across all V markets especially in china.
First stage is supply cuts
Second Stage is a price rebound. I will go as far as to say that the vanadium market will breach all time highs with the amount of supply loss in china.
Third Stage is new supply enters the market
We all know there is plenty of demand moving forward
