Court case is key. The action by Novaquest, according to PXS, has meant discussions they had to add value for shareholders was compromised/ended. In addition, it may have compromised the ability to get funding alternative to Novaquest. IOW, Novaquest went the big bang approach, and effectively cut PXS off bot at their funding agreement end, and also, it may have even been at the market end. The court case seems to be getting nowhere [what a shock].
PXS does have some money to continue and have made some changes to structure, but from the Chairman's last report, without Novaquest reconsidering, a court case win/settlement, or another funder coming on board the results could be catastrophic.
The one bright light here? The Top 20 investors are unchanged.
