This is my take on the situation. I have been a holder of PRR/IMM for the past 14 years or so. I have made some money and lost some money with this share over the years. I have seen the price go up and down with good news, average news and bad news. I have seen CEO position change a number of times. The present situation with the company, in my opinion, is the most stable it has ever been. admittedly Mark does not set the world on fire with enthusiasm and sales pitch as some have done before him. Hollow drums make a big sound. I have found management to be ethical and upfront when you speak to them, which I do at every AGM.

As for the credit raising at this time. Perhaps a little premature, however, we are not operating in normal times at the moment. The financial world is in chaos and personally, I believe they were very fortunate to raise the $12m they did. It would have been disastrous if they tried later on and there were no takers. What then, seek out funds from the existing share holders. Some of those share holders are also struggling. It is my opinion they have secured funding to take them past this COVID period and allow them funds to carry out operations through to end of 2021. it is a bit like the old "A bird in the hand is like two in the bush"
