Here is a four point plan I bequeth to No Plan Dan to open up construction safely across Victoria.
1. At the first return shift each worker to produce a negative Covid-19 test result within 72 hours
2. At each shift every worker to take a Rapid Antigen test and once negative commence shift
3. Continue to educate workers on the safety and protection afforded by the vaccine
4. Introduce a $2,000 one time bonus for all workers who are double vaccinated.
Repeat steps 1-3 ad infinitum
All paid for by the employer who will gain so much in productivity they will jump at the plan.
This plan can start to be implemented sometime next week.
