Not at all surprised that Daniel Andrews has quickly changed his mind and sent the army back to its barracks. In the other states the army is effectively watching the quarantine hotels.
In Victoria the tax payer funded "guarding" has been gifted to union members. Imagine the pay for reading a book while sitting in a hotel corridor on shift. Its the best scam since the deal plant.
