now if it a wave 3 formation the next target is beyond 3 dollars. Short term the there is congestion between 1.16 to 1.3. So a new short term uptrend needs to be made with new support trends. I expect this to run to the 1.30 then retrace a touch and start forming a new uptrend post wave 2 and into wave 3. However confirmation is required. It is aligning with expected newsflow.
