Given the CASH balance and no talk of massive Capital Expenditure I guess they are leasing it or its part of the JV partners contribution to the JV which is a better reflection of their risk management strategies during the ramp up period.

I agree SPAC massive PER pie in the sky transactions only works for Private Companies having a Market Value makes the smoke and mirrors too transparent.

I'll post my take on how they could get there when I get time. Given they never cease to surprise on the upside in the deals they do it will look a bit amateurish if we ever get to see their take.
