If @VYR was to buy a brand new jag, he could pay say 100k

the 100k is made up of parts x 1.5, shipping x 1.5, labour x 1.5, for example. The .5 being profit.

if he was to buy just the parts and build himself, he'd pay parts x 1.5, shipping x 1.5... the .5 margin is maintained but he still saves on the labour (and also gets a nice tax break from the government for "built in Malaysia ev tax break)

jag maintains margins (no need to discount parts as they sell quality parts and quite simply, they are worth what they're worth)

@VYR gets a tax break and charges/makes profits off his own labour
