Probably because these types of places cannot accept uncertified goods. Also, hard to do a financial deal when giving stuff away; most places would be waiting on freebies. But in saying that, I wish the f**k they could work out some way of getting it into a substantial amount of hands so that the public and frontline people can test it and then decide for themselves. And yes I know that that can't be done because of the initial point.
