Woll, TBH I don't know.
My best guess is that the 111m share transaction was the tail end of a sell down... as in holder "X" sold on market to a predetermined point in time (3.30pm on the day the CR shares were issued) and then had a handshake agreement with holder "Y" to offload the balance in a block trade on pre agreed terms (% discount to VWAP over an agreed period of time).
But I emphasize it's a guess.
(I do have one other theory that involves the CR, but I'm not going to give that one oxygen on here because I am praying that it's not right)
