shortlisting 5 companies (we only know one and its not into mining) and run a bidding process is utter incompetence. Why do you want to shortlist? I understand if it is for the purpose of partnership, to allign goals/ethics etc. But if you are going to sell outright who cares. If you are going to sell, which is fair enough, you want maximum competition.
