Notwithstanding all the other points you have made re directors getting freebies on top of their salary, if you buy shares in company that has no other means of generating income but going to the market for money to keep it afloat you are bound to get diluted over time -if you choose to be a long term holder it is unavoidable, and regrettably you must expect it. In FAR's case I guess a lot of holders wish that the extra (was it doubling?) dilution due to the Flow merger had never happened, but that's the way the cookie crumbles I guess - you got CN out of that
