What does zero carbon have to do with it? VUL’s projected cost for a tonne of lithium is extremely low. Completely forget about the fact it is “green”. Of course the current risk is can it be done at scale and are these costs accurate. If they are, it means not a single thing to the likes of Gena, all she sees is the low cost base and the dominance a company can have during low priced lithium.
