True, I think we are still in that timeframe that vul indicated that it's gonna take. so doesnt seems like there is a delay there but the comments of Francis and the EIB's progression to next stage means there is a good possibility that things are going well or no major setback from tech side. anyway the ann will be in near future will confirm this.
