Need an auto maker to cough up 500 mil euro for a multi year offtake based on a yearly floating price and also to start making some money from geothermal sooner rather than later. Get some grants from German / French government. If the SP went up to $5 do a 20 percent placement for another $100 mil or so. The lower the share price goes it’s harder to bargain from a position of power. Also where’s Gina Rinehart, they can build her a statue or something and give her a seat on the board for I don’t know another $200 mil ?
Also maybe some sort of phased approach to get CAPEX down to $500 mil for phase 1
