Read my post again. You missed in your definition that bogans are considered unrefined which is the MAIN part of being a bogan. Geez instead you say 'a certain way' which misses the point in attempting to define well really anything.
Why isn't it highly debatable? You claim bogans are from a Lower socioeconomic class. I'm sure there are bogans that are far far far wealthier than you.
