Basically, Waleed reckons he should be able to buy a home in Richmond and negative gearers are stopping him. In fact, Waleed really shows up what's really wrong in this debate about affordability and Tom is right on the money. No one has the right to own, everyone has the right to work their butts off and buy where they can afford. I know I won't be buying in Richmond anytime soon cause I can't afford to but Waleed reckons that he's being hard done by.
