can I recover shipping cost on warranty work?
I bought a 700lt freezer that didn't work properly and had to drive 2.5hrs to drop it off. I picked it up this morning after they had it for 2 weeks and it still has the same problem.
Is it reasonably to hit them up for transport costs, I can get the local transport bloke to take it but it will cost at least $120 or $85 and about 6-7 hours for me to do it.. for the second time..
Would like to be able to tell them what they have to do rather than have them tell me
thanks..
