The Garden of Eden, or Paradise is not a literal place, it is to live any place on earth in God's good pleasure. It is a state of being, not a place of being. We have never lived collectively in what might be termed, God's good pleasure, but we have progressed socially in that we have put in place laws and ordinances to protect the weak from the powerful.
The processes leading to Heaven on earth are many and complex. Heaven on earth means that individuals have the greatest opportunities to live peacefully in a way that they might fulfil their capacity, coexist in fellowship and worship God without prejudice. It will require great amounts of suffering, and has done already, reciprocity and goodwill. We must mature spiritually, mentally, socially, morality, scientifically and build international agencies that will replace war with consultation. We must eliminate extremes of wealth and poverty and apply equality of the sexes in all walks of life.
This greatest being ever created is a reference to Satan, I'm guessing. Satan is an aspect of human nature, no more. To imagine evil forming in the presence of God is a strange concept. To imagine evil having any kind of presence thereafter in the dominion of God even more so. Humans have a dual nature, animal and spiritual, when the animal nature dominates it is personified as Satan or Satanic, but in every case this evil is generated from ignorance pertaining solely to us humans.
And in response to Jude 1: 9 the reference becomes clear in Jude 1 : 10
These men, however, slander what they do not understand, and like irrational animals, they will be destroyed by the things they do instinctively. Michael would not judge even these men who were slanderous, animalistic and acted instinctively personifying this mythological devil, rather than living via wise council. Their animal ignorance is the devil. Allowing their animal nature to dominate them is the devil and all judgement is God's.
