94 metres of zinc, lead silver! expert analysis ap

Yesterday Mount Burgess announced that its Kihabe base metals drill programme in Botswana had discovered 94 metres of significant mineralization. A closer look at individual drill holes reveals what appear to be very high concentrations of silver, lead and zinc. It's early days yet but the company looks to be onto some very rich pickings indeed. More info on mining and infrastructure costs will reveal the full significance of the finds but these initial results sound very encouraging IMO.

I note that the zinc percentages were well above the stated 2% minimum but I haven't the expertise to analyze them. The company has described the mineralization as "significant" but exactly what that means I have no idea.

I would greatly appreciate comments from someone with a mining background on the relative richness of the concentrations found. Are these deposits of "company-maker" significance? Or merely "good"?

I note that prior to the Boswana success, an independent valuation had MTB at 23 - 26 cents per share. Despite the apparent good news, MTB traded around 10 - 11 cents yesterday on small volume. A case of 'sell on the news?'

    I hold.

    TIA,

    Gupper
