Most Israelis are post 1948 migrants who, out of sympathy for their treatment by the Nazis in WW2,
were given Israel by the UN in conjunction with Britain & France and the Palestinians now find themselves
the fall guys for the injustices perpetrated by the Nazi regime and those who ignored /aided/abetted the Nazis from France to Russia.
This Jewish aboriginal rights claim does not cut mustard because if was applied to Europe , the Americas
or Australia for that matter, it would mean clearing out current citizens and replacing them with the tribes of
2000 years ago.
If Israel has a crow to pick regarding Nazi injustices they should be having a go at Germany and not at
impoverished Arabs in Gaza who have been forced off their property 65 years ago and reduced to gypsy
status by Jewish people who, because of their history, should know better.
The Palestinians firing Katyusha rockets into Israel is only a symptom of the Israeli-Palestinian problem
and not the problem itself which is a Palestinian homeland rather than Gaza Strip & the West Bank which is
neither Arthur or Martha.
I am very surprised that Saudi Arabia and Egypt have not done a deal with the UN to allocate the Sinai Desert
part of Saudi Arabia alongside the Gulf of Aquaba and a connecting corridoor to the West Bank to a new
Palestinian State on the basis that the UN would enforce these borders should Israel attempt to grab further
Palestinian territory.
Just imagine if it were it were to be the other way around: that the Jews were corralled in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank and the Palestinians occupied Israel?
Cheers
