Hmmm, I certainly wouldn't want to be living in Victoria in a couple of years time... imagine the perfect scenario of needing the desalination facility to be producing water, and having no excess grid power!! Think those Desal plants require huge amounts of electricity to function?? People are paying huge amounts of money for housing in an unsustainable city like Melbourne?
