Three banks have closed in last week or so in US.They represent second and third biggest historical failures in US. Signature suffered a run on funds from depositors and closed . Shareholders did billions on this . More about confidence of depositors than regulatory requirements.
All about confidence hopefully all this might cause Fed to rethink its strategy and legislators to reduce the power these banking bureaucrats have as they are not the brightest at the best of times.
