A\ Current demo chip doesnt use the whole die. so lets say 3x larger capacity to 24Mb if using whole chip.
B\ Selecter gives 10x better size, hence 256Mb would be a safe bet for the first product.
Should be selling within 24 months of starting work IMO.
Don't forget Fujitsu is selling 12Mb discrete, so 256 would be very big.
