Why not? Also, they have a huge number of Non-Fab chip designers who would look to embed re-ram in. They are most likely to use a Chinese fab. I dont think we'd remotely want to miss out on being the new replacement memory in cheaper IOT designs at massive scale because we got caught up in the USA military chip landscape and were caught in that limiting expensive limited run world. We are not a USA company, no reason to limit ourselves.
