if the most important Variant (price) is Not controlled by the Supply/User ..then WHO would dare lend them money ever again for ANY mining Development anywhere if the commodity prices cannot be guaranteed to lenders or investors over short or long term ..
a Commodities Council to set prices targets with supply controls ..like Opec (for oil)
that would help stabilize commodities prices for our producers to avoid boom bust cycles in prices.
we need a International Commodities Council / committee .. as Every commodity should be negotiate, page-6
