Whether the pending review takes two years or two months, the shares are going to be slaughtered when trading resumes.
Ventracor is a one product company and any halt in testing their one and only device means that investors will not be buying this stock. There is just too much uncertainty for the future. The real fear is that the company will fold.
Given these problems and the fact that the US markets look like they are about to collapse, it may well be prudent to save whatever you can from your shareholdings in VCR.
