I feel for you. Many years ago I was racing my son around a BMX track. I came down hard, knocking myself out (fortunately I was wearing an helmet) and fracturing my shoulder. I was very sore for six months until the bone healed, and it still causes me problems if I’m not careful with that side…
It’s gonna take time and tender care to come somewhat right again…
