"Chips act = company in negotiations with at least two product companies to apply for joint funding ?"
...interesting that we don't appear to be able to sign commercial agreements with these product companies...yet.
It would be nice to think if Reram is the future, in many areas, then these companies could sign a deal - and still apply for funding.
Obviously nothing is that straight forward or simple.
