The crazy thing is that the panic hasn't even begun (or maybe did being on XMAS eve)

So far it's been early morning pumps by instos so they can offload throughout the day.

Now what will come is mums and dads calling their fund managers demanding that they liquidate their 401ks.

Nothing can stop a panic once it's set in motion until those institutions being to buy again. They will wait and wait until everybody is screaming and given up on the stock market forever. From there a new bull market's embryonic stage can begin.
