Certainty of a commercial result is a key that is missing I think. However likely or how much is not the same. What the believers believe won't do it. Need certainty of an income stream. Then everyone starts predicting growth. When that happens it would not surprise me to see Hazer trade straight through the entire previous trading to new highs.
