I’m hoping the director and company secretary departing is the result of a large incoming partner wanting to install people of their choice in to the executive team. You would think if they are departing because of bad news it would mean the partnership deal is off and the shares would have come off suspension by now.
The confusing silence from management on the partnership deal is hard to justify.
I naively thought ASX rules would require WOA to update their shareholders on the progress of lifting the suspension.
