Surely you'd think he'd have media advisers helping him with what to say. It's an unwritten rule not to talk domestic politics with other nations, but he spends half his speech talking about axing the carbon tax (despite US and China's recent deal), stopping the boats (despite the Indonesian president being there) and the GP tax (while Obama has been trying to introduce universal healthcare and most of the other nations already having it). Does he even realise who he's talking to?
