The mine construction phase will test holders much more than this approval/finance stage IMO. We could all reconvene back here half way through the construction phase and I am sure we would see the same hard wired views of the pro’s and con’s, just the way Man is. Want proof? Just for the record I am not defending nor condemning the situation, my view at this time is a simple one as stated in my last post
“My take on the JORC reserve is that they would most probably have this OK, but may have an argument that without both “conditions precedent” being available no announcement is needed”
