Kalenn has handled the situation with regard to holders who wish to be involved in the private group, facilitating and recording names and numbers etc. Basically it is an informal collection of holders who agree to look at the use of proxy votes etc, but always on the agreement of the holder, there is no compulsion. This is the attraction with a group such as this, you decide if you wish to proxy your votes to the group depending upon the issue at hand. However it is rare that a retail group grows so quickly and of course numbers make a big difference in these things, as we know institutional holders call the tune on many listed companies, so it is very unusual to even get to serious numbers as a retail group. Growth rates indicate that this group will get much larger.
