But sooner or later we have to deliver results in a timely manner.
Thirteen (13) months ago we signed an agreement with a Brazilian bank for $58 million subject to conditions being met. Yet thirteen (13) months later we still haven't secured that loan.
This is hard cold fact, black & white and no matter what slant we put on it, it has taken far too long and the longer this goes on, the cost of Stage 1 increases due to administration costs.
