Well I am looking at this totally differently, I think they fully expected the FML by now and they are just waiting because it is not far off. My take would be that they do think it's imminent and have not panicked re bunging out a filler announcement, they could fill one up with any old info such as drilling updates, equipment updates even the old favourite "all is on course" etc in fact almost anything will do if that's what you think the market needs. My take on the JORC reserve is that they would most probable have this OK but may have an argument that without both conditions precedent being available no announcement is needed. If I am right my .105 buy will look much better in a week or less.
