I certainly hope to be pleasantly surprised. I have been promoting avb to friends so if it dont go well all my friends will be the ones on fb
avb does feel very positive and I am very confident otherwise I wouldnt have gone so hard on this share. Importantly it feels like a safe stock not like the graphites which are on a high at the moment but not so confident sp will be sustained. As I said, it was a means to buy more avb. the retirement fund.
