It means that it can still become taken over by foreigners which means there should be some takeover premium built in to the share price the way the Chinese are buying up all this related to agriculture. This should go well over the coming couple of months as it's market cap is big enough to get it into the asx200 and funds will have to buy. So will the Chinese I suspect
