Hi Rebel, I have never heard of a successful cap raise which was for both double the present MC and for double the current SP, please indicate if you know of any. This coy hasn't ever run a loyalty rewards program. It does have a duty of care to all shareholders both old and new. I'm in your boat Rebel, long term holder with several million shares at an average well above 1.5 cents. I believe it would be in no-ones interest to have a CR at an equivalent of double the present SP. I believe the CR would be extremely unattractive to most investors. GLTAH
