absolutely
they have - apparently - been working on this PEA all year, which should take 3-4 months to complete, not 8-10. it's an very early stage economic feasibility study. yes, you employ consultants to do this work, but it shouldn't take 8-10 months.
they have run out of money yet again.
capital raise soon at the lowest share price in history
3 months ago the share price was nearly double and management didn't want to raise a lot of capital.
