I have a preference to use the actual site instead of the app.
Don't be surprised that their IT dept will blame ur end.
Their initially attempt to rectify the problem of not being able to simply draw a trend line resulted in me losing all graphic functions. They kept blaming me that I must have corrupted Client side of the software.
It took over a month to get the graphics and trend line drawing function to work on my Ipad, W7 and a W10 PC.
They just kept duck shoving the problem as being at my end.
Got so frustrated that in the end, I went to my Westpac branch and explained the situation to the manager. He used my account on the company’s computer and verified the problem. He sent an email confirming both the problem on the PC and my IPad.
