    What is the market smoking? 33% up in a day after languishing for weeks!!!

    For me the SKN deal is not a big deal for either company but definitely not for HCT.

    if there are no more major deals or approvals the price is not justified... I am a happy SH but makes me wonder- Is there a leak?
