what did the US ever do to make Putin Invade ???

I keep asking the same question and no-one EVER provides an answer .
The "Trolls" post huge amounts criticising the US - some of it even true ..... but none of it relevant because it's all history and none of it pertains to Russia or Ukraine .
Some is offered as some sort of justification for what Russia has done but of course it can never be .
If a wrong is done ,IF, it still doesn't justify another .

But I've called out so many posters for blaming the US ...none ever respond directly ...so I'll ask again ......

what has the US done to supposedly provoke RUSSIA TO INVADE UKRAINE ???
ASSUMING someone can come up with some sort of response
was that response comensurate with the (supposed) provocation
