Recently the company stated that it was looking to grow its market cap...treble it in fact from memory to lessen the chance of a takeover.
I recall recently OXR attempts to secure tenements in Thailand as well.
I cant help but think that PNA must be somewhere in the plans of OXR (and others) if its serious in getting bigger in a short period of time.
With projects in Laos and Thailand and on the back door step, PNA surely has to be a 'consideration' for a company like OXR who has openly admitted they want to grow quickly.
In 3 years PNA could realistically have 3 projects up and running. 2 in Laos and 1 in Thailand.
Synergies would obviously apply in more ways than one.
If there is to be consolidation and mergers/acquisitions in the resource sector as predicted, then PNA is in my view an attractive target.
PNA themselves hinted at interest from other parties, and OXR would know them better than most.
In view of OXR's aggressive ambitions, is this one situation that is worth the companys consideration?
Is the market overlooking this potential in PNA perhaps?
