It's certainly been a roller coaster ride for many of us. I came in when the early excitement about rare earths was the drawcard, and although REs are still likely to be be a very substantial earner, I believe that gold is now going to provide long-term earnings on a scale which we never previously imagined, with copper credits to come at a time when copper is tipped to be coming into short supply in the years ahead.
