Yes I suspect they are think they are the passed over generation. Doesn't bode well for the ALP's future is they don't stop dilly dallying and instead ratchet up domestic productivity.
There's a wealth of tradies out there who have migrated into the bum sitting sector for more income and perks. Even the retired tradies are capable of building houses at a canter ... domestic housing is for roof possum two wire sparks, 1/2 inch hose pipe plumbers and lego assembly chippies... hardly challenging, but a notorious industry for charlatan builders and developers.
My soln ... put the call out to tradies with rock solid guarantees of ontime 21 day payment and super and underwriting;. problem will be solved. Govt could get rid of licence fees and restrictive red tape to let tradies do what they are trained to do instead of an unqualified or bloody minded public servant deeming what's what.
