Well, you never going to stop some weakness from such a large raise to cap size ..as to why we are trading at present levels and not much higher had we not had the CR ..much would be retail fears... selling to raise cash for offer etc

I don't see the larger insto's pouring hundreds of thousands to MIllion+ for a quick flip ... for many reasons but mainly why would they unless they see a real upside in the short-mid term to attract major buyers to not only drive volumes but the SP much higher..so they can take some profits to keep the S/Hs happy

If they indeed want to walk away from the investment with a quick profit it will take many many months if not a year+ to sell out of 135 million shares .. that's a risky trade in this micro-cap end of the market ...just have to look at the monthly trade volumes



IMHO I think the bigger money end of town INSTO are very confident in KSN future ... these guys will be in the know and have contacts with other local miners and maybe even some larger Gold miners who are interested in "Misima' Gold project ... 1+1 = fat upside for these investors/traders

Insto/Pros aren't stupid when dealing with micro-cap miners generally in my experience they don't throw $8.5mill into $30mill odd spec micro-cap unless they see a real upside in value to come...and also Delphi-Balaton underwriting the retail offer ..maybe they are playing with the SP hoping to get more ?

IMHO KSN going to be well funded at the right time in the right place to finally see the company get some real market attention 2H24-2H25 period... 20-30c etc..

16koz+ Gold est for the period at present A$3700oz and $4k ...AISC sub $1500 = so around A$40mill EBIT ... add in JVP or trade sale Misima maybe another $40-60mill cash deal+ Royalty... exploration upside ...
