For one thing he doesn't take their advice to use their services and he calls them "nuff nuffs".
He wears red jackets to make presentations and makes jokes they don't like.
They don't like his obvious boyish enthusiasm
If they send reps to cover presentations and they ask stupid questions he slaps them down, he doesn't suffer fools.
If you read the critics of the PNVs share price they probably think he ramps up the company's prospects and makes bad business decisions. But then they are people who regularly compare and confuse BTM with companies like ARX and AVH.
Is he ethical? Yes.
Is he a sensible no nonsense chairman of the BoD? Yes
Has he run the company prudently so far? Yes
He's made a bold decision to hire Swami as the CEO and follow his plan to enter new markets. If it works out well, he's a genius. We just have to wait a while to find out.
