I agree 10 years there hasn't been much progress, but this is 2024 now and market conditions are different.
Green energy transition, AI and China decoupling are now major themes. 10 years ago an EV for the average person was a fantasy, AI and associated chips and robotics will need alot of REs.
With the recent CR we can expect some movement/updates soon.
